Hmmmm... normally my BCD436HP picks up Bucks perfectly but it's been silent all day today (Sunday).

Is the change I've been hearing about?

Thanks!

The Bucks County 500 MHz system is operating as normal. Either the control channel changed and you have it locked out or something went wrong with your scanner or antenna system.

I can't pick them at all. Are there any other frequencies in use other then the ones listed in database. I look at scanner digest and they showed some 508 MHz frequencies any of them in use?

Sounds like they switched control channels yesterday. It happens once and awhile. And they do not use any of the 508 frequencies. They were used during the transition from 500 MHz conventional to the trunked system. The frequencies were to be the same, so those were temporary trunking frequencies that haven't been used in about 15 years.
