Active shooter on 4th floor of apartment building in downtown Raleigh captured after being tased by the brave responders of the Raleigh Police. RPD did not fire any shots at suspect despite him being armed when located, only using their taser.
Search for victims almost complete. Several people reported being shot at, but no shooting victims found so far.
