Anyone else having garbling on SAFE-T in NWI?

I hear it too a bit with Kosciusko County one. But not too much. Happens with the Live Feed one and the Calls feed one.

On the K-county system?...K-county is simulcast. Jasper county SAFE-T is not.

I made an indoor off center feed dipole for my streaming rig and it has seemed to improve the decode quality quite a bit. It is either that or possibly the recent sun spots & solar flares have calmed down. You can give it a listen here & hear the improvement: www.broadcastify.com/listen/feed/17022
