ATK Tactical Systems--Rocket Center, WV

I saw ATK is listed for those three sets of UHF repeaters but I believe it is a trunk system. Can anyone verify this? The License does not list it as a Trunk but maybe they never updated the license.

Rocket Center, WV is in Mineral County. Use to be called ABL and Hercules. They make weapons for the military.

I did a little research with my scanner and found that ATK is using these frequencies for an LTR system. So far I've only confirmed one user. The frequencies from the license Whistler refers to (WNVH555) that are used for the LTR are 461.4625/466.4625 and 463.4375/468.4375. I've not heard much traffic, mostly chit chat, nothing "official" sounding. Ok, that's all I have for now, enjoy.
