I would guess NOT but can't say for certain. I imagine everything is on their new system. Since it became encrypted I know longer follow Richmond County.

I submitted those frequencies several years ago to the RR database. I use to work P/T for our local Motorola radio shop and obtained them from one of the code plugs for the county radios. I never heard any activity on them.
