On the OPP reference page, there is no frequencies for central region (Barrie, Nottawasage etc) OPP. Does anyone have them??

They're in the database under the Bell Mobility Radio Fleetnet Zone 1 trunking system.

The correct frequency for barrie was found to be listed uner Edgar
Barrie doesn't have a frequency, it has a talkgroup.
That talkgroup can be found on many towers in the area including Edgar, Primrose and Penetang.

To add to Mike's point - the Edgar Tower would be the closest for you, in New Lowell... May be able to get Penetang or Thornbury, depending on your elevation, and antenna.
The Thornbury tower (Kimberley) doesn't carry Barrie too often. It's too far to the west to catch any Barrie traffic.
Penetang, Edgar and Primrose are the usual towers to find them on.

True enough - I run almost exclusively off the Edgar tower, and was just looking at the OP's location vs. tower sites, didn't consider traffic... My bad.
