Does anyone know how to remove the special scanning frequencies from scanning each time I reprogram the scanner through arcxt? I'm not sure how I turned it on but even if I delete all systems and reprogram I still have the special scanning Frequencies of 400 And 100 megahertz. thank you very much for the help

Under "Service Search" on the "Special" line, make sure that you have the "LOCKOUT" box checked. Then upload to your scanner.
