I have the BCD996P2 and ive been providing my stream to Broadcastify via RadioFeed. I just recently found the original programming cable and dcided to update the firmware.
I created a new system for my county and wanted to start streaming the Metadata tags so it shows what ID channel is talking at the time when using the listening apps.
After finally getting the correct USB Driver installed I was able to stream the metadata tags. However that was with the audio line into the External Speaker jack. When I switch to the REC output jack " because I dont wanna listen to the scanner speaker 24/7, The usb driver goes haywire and says not reconized and RadioFeed will not recognize the data being sent. It only work when the audio jack is plugged into the Ext Speaker port.
Any idea what im doing wrong?
