Last week I went to a county radio meeting regarding using the burl co TRS. During the meeting they mentioned that the county merged the south and the south-central zones and freed up some repeaters. My question is did any of the talkgroups and repeater frequencies change on the south zone? For instance P 42 (20848) and P 45 (20368). I live in the northern part of the county and cannot pick up the control channel from that zone so i wouldn't know if anything has changed. Thanks for any info.

The SC, SE, & SW TG's were eliminated, 42 & 45 use the South zone TG's. P-42 & P-45 TG's were also removed, these towns don't have PD's. The freqs for the towers didn't change.

South Zone Towers

Does that mean that Sites 9 & 10 will not be uses or are there still plans for them to be uses?
Is anyone using a trunker program in county?

Site 9 (Warren Grove) is having problems getting Pinelands Commission approval, it may never get built. Site 10 (Sweetwater) has been approved, I believe this is going on a cell tower which is under construction.
