CSP 6D5 serious accident

6D5 on scene advising serious accident w/ two severe patients. One will require extracation and one is non-responsive. Roadway completely blocked. Sorry - missed the location.
Somewhere in Adams Co.

This will be EB I-76. Unknown exact location still. All lanes EB shut down. 6D5 advising driver that was unresponsive is now awake.

Sounds like I76 and Federal. Being worked by 1D troop rather than 6D...

Sounds like it will be a fatal.
