Downloding with ARC500

Just getting started with my first scanner (Radio Shack PRO-106). I have been able to download much of what I woant, but there are some things shown on Radio References site that are not available on the pull down lists in the ARC500 software (i.e Rail Roads and Air Traffic Control, items listed as area wide insead of state wide). I live in The United States, state of Arkansas, Pulaski County (if that makes any differnce.
Just wondering if these are available for easy download and I have just missed something.

Select State = AR / Arkansas then click the Green agencies button. Now you can select State wide agencies including ATC and railroads in the Agency list.
