DSDPlus DSDPLUS Fastlane 3.90 - Virus "Windows Security"

Hello,

I am getting a virus notification that when I try to use DSDPLUS 3.90 Windows Security sends a notification saying DSDPLUS 3.90 has a trojan virus on DSDPLUS.exe the name of the trojan is: Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml I tried closing out DSDPLUS and restarting DSDPLUS but Windows Security still detects the issue. Any ideas or fixes?

Whitelist the program in the virus program. I haven't had issues.

Could be a false positive, but it could be a real threat. Depends on the source of the download and your security habits. You could run a different AV to check if it is detected. I generally delete or quarantine programs / files if there are any issues until the dev addresses the issue, or the AV vendor updates their data / signatures, etc.

Thank you that fixed the issue...Now I am getting another issue its telling me the microphone isn't enabled under Windows > Privacy > But it shows enabled?

Unless you are using a discriminator tapped radio, the microphone input shouldn't be involved. If you are, you may need to tell Windows to allow DSDPlus to use the input. If you are not, verify that the DSDPlus input# you are using is not the microphone.

I fixed the issue I had to delete all the files and start all over and its working again. Thank you everyone who replied and helped.
