ERIE, Pa. -- Jim Hawryliw believes Erie County's 911 system could take a safety-jeopardizing step backward if a new county plan related to emergency dispatching moves forward.

There Erie County is trying to consolidate the dispatch center, here in Metro Atlanta, most jurisdictions are leaving the consolidated centers!
