I am still getting OCSD NORTH (Springfield, Clarkston, Brandon) on the existing system.

OCSO North Patrol is the only thing left being patched over.. I believe even the hospitals have switched over, so basically the systwm is dead

I couldn't take the horrid patch audio anymore. From what started of as audio that sounded "underwater" with a slight echo has now become full-fledged nails on a chalk board.
