I have tried a frequency search:

1. RRDB
2. Query
3. FCC
4. Query Results

FCC Frequency Query Results for: California​

Query
No exact matches found for 154.4. Returning results for (154.39 => 154.41)

154.400 should come up with something in California.

I also tried a FCC License Proximity Search:

Licensee	Frequency	Callsign	City	County	State	Svc	Distance

No data available in table It worked last night, today no joy. I hope that helps.

Yeah, it's just down but down giving the usual "down for maintenance" error
