Has anyone else noticed that the Lagrange site has been offline for about a month?

I haven't noticed. But are you sure it is not offline but rather using different frequencies now? Do neighboring sites still list it as a neighbor? Did you check FCC records and 454.0-454.7 for the presence of potential other control channels for that site?

I will do some digging but I have not seen the control channel on another frequency. The other sites do still list as a neighbor.
If it were me I'd check for a new CC between 454.0 and 454.7. Also, might want to check every freq (at LaGrange) on these two licenses:
If no joy, then either it's offline for good or it's down for maintenance.

Yup checked all that and no joy ..... I will keep watching.
Started showing up today in spurts really weak.
