Just bought a brand new laptop at Windows 10 I cannot get Sentinel or Freescan to download on his computer Windows 7 was so much easier if anyone can help out that would be greatly appreciate it I’ll pay you to come to my house and install this for me? 262-951-0331. Anyone in the Mukwonago area I can use some help.

Are you saying that you can't download the installation files for those programs? Which version of Sentinel are you trying to download, there are 2 different versions for different scanners.... What scanner do you have?

Sentinel: - Sentinel, Windows 11 & Dell

I just purchased a new Dell Inspiron15 running Windows 11. My wife found the download from here for Sentinel but when I go to run it instructs me to download NET 2.0. I would have thought that the new windows would already have that. My question is it safe to download that or is there a workaround?

Note that the latest (or last) version is 4.8 (if memory serves) so that was probably on the laptop. The software appears to require version 2.0 and the dot net versions had different APIs due to changes made that eliminated the possibility of backwards/forward compatibility but they allow multiple versions to exist on a PC so you can have both 2.0 and 4.8 (along with other versions as required) and the software will use the correct one if it exists on your computer.
