Hiring an experienced MOTOTBO/Avtec expert.
Pays 90-125k depending on experience. Must be great at MOTOTRBO and very good at Avtec, also looking for as many of the following as possible: advanced electronics/console/P25/simulcast/SIP/Vesta/Avtec/BDA-DAS/IP networking/cable sweeping/site optimization/etc.
I really need folks who can go in front of customers without me or a salesperson standing over them in case the tech goes off the rails. The experienced guys know what I am talking about. I need folks who can train other techs, work with problem customers, guide the process.
