HSGA BAND 4

While setting up my new UBCD536PT, using Sentinel, I found the NSW PSN (Public Safety Network) Site. One of the tower sites near me showed the P25 PSN channels, but also showed something called HSGA BAND 4. I madly googled everywhere but nothing came up>!
Anybody know what it is?

HSGA (which is incorrectly labelled, it should be HGSA) is the Harmonised Government Spectrum Area - Basically spectrum management for government agencies ( I think)
