Forgive me if I've gotten this wrong, but aren't you a product manager for Uniden scanners? I tried to send you a PM but you've exceeded your space quota...
If so, are you folks aware of the issues being had with the Uniden scanners on the Starcom21 simulcast sites? I personally can't get my BC296D to track correctly, while my Pro96 follows everything just fine. I've heard complaints from lots of other people as well... In fact I think I've heard from just one person that says that they're able to follow the system.
There are a couple of threads on this topic, one in the Uniden forum and one in the Illinois sticky for Starcom21.
I have a lot more information I can get to you, first of all I'd like to make sure I've got the right person!
