I've had those "calling freqs" in for a few months.....have not heard a peep...not even any testing. I honestly wonder if actual agencies (FBI, ATF, etc) even have them available in their radios as yet. There certainly is plenty of literature out there to support the intended use of them. You might check the Wiki common freqs reference page, as well:
