JMBE audio library (not set) problem (sdr trunk)

Hello
I need help with this. I have set up sdr trunk in both Windows 10 and Linux....but for some reason today I cant get past this error. I downloaded and set up ZADIG so my rtl-sdr dongles drivers are installed. And I downloaded the latest sdr trunk. Unzipped and ran batch file. When I go into settings there is no way to build the jmbe audio library...it just says "jmbe audio library (not set) and 2 options(change, (reset) but those do nothing. Am I missing a step or something? I downloaded JAVA but that didnt help. Am I using the wrong version of sdr trunk? I also cant find the radio reference database to choose the P25 system I want to hear. No link to it anywhere. Please help!!!!

I ain't much on talking in videos, but here is a visual of basic setup

You have to go into the settings and click "create library". It will then download and install the java that's needed.

OK I figured out the problem.... PDXh0b0 was right....I was using WRONG version. I didnt see the ver. number when I installed. All is well.
