I cannot hear anything on blue 3 or any of the blue channels. Have they gone to a different frequency or is the feed encrypted?

try looking up their new channels under the "future use" section of LA County database. Sounds like they have gone to that system this week.

Yes they have switched over to the new analog system

LA County Fire "Future Use" freqs testing

From a brief listen this weekend, it appears that the "Harvard Sentences" on the new freqs have stopped and there's now traffic. I am hearing dispatch traffic on the new D2, D3 and D4 channels. Blue-1 appears to be patched to D2 - I heard Avalon traffic on the channel today. I would have...
