Looking for Sparta (Randolph CO) Freq's needed

Greetings,

I'm headed to Sparta for a vacation and would like to listen-in while I'm there.

Is there anyone on this forum with local knowledge of frequencies they'd like to share?

What's entertaining to listen to?

We'll be driving through St. Louis both ways to the airport and I enjoy hearing EMS & Fire the most, if that's available VHF.

And I wasn't clear on the Fire frequencies, and was curious if Law Enforcement was busier on the County or City channels?
