Military air communications in Culpeper, Va area

What frequencies should be active in the Culpeper , Va area? I have been using an SDR and see no activity in this area. I realize it would be used infrequently,
I am using the RR data base for aircraft frequencies.

1020- Team 61 (KC-10 # 79-0433) & Team 62 (KC-10 # 85-0028) working way down the coast from WRI. Working A2A 268.025. Looks like they are heading for AR636. Also working AR636 primary (238.9) as A2A 1025- Bullys & Gunnys (F-16s 121st FS DC ANG) working PAX areas (305.2/354.8) A2A is 238.175
