A 22-yr.-old Odessa man sustained critical injuries Tuesday night when the motorcycle his was riding crashed in far West Odessa. Units from Odessa Fire Dept , West Odessa VFD and the CareStar helicopter responded. An unidentified man at the scene told law enforcement that he and the victim had been riding in open field just prior to the accident. He says he left for just a few minutes and when he returned he found his friend unconscious.
The victim was airlifted by CareStar to Medical Center Hospital where he was listed in critical conditoin from massive head injuries.
