RadioFeed Port Rdio-scanner to Radio Feed for Broadcastify?

Hi all... have a P25RX-II on my main PC downstairs working great with Rdio-scanner to feed audio to devices on my home network. Now I'd like to run Radio Feed on a PC upstairs and feed the Rdio-scanner web client audio to Radio Feed for my Broadcastify feed. I'm guessing that a virtual audio cable would work best for this, but does anyone have experience using the "downstream" function in Rdio-scanner to feed directly without using the VAC?

Downstream for Rdio is for doing Rdio to Rdio

So VAC would be about the easiest way to do it, Do somewhat the same for my discord room, I have a few virtual machines set up that do RDIO to Discord using VAC.
