I am pretty sure that I have scanlist 1 programmed right. The problem is that a large G is is showing and the T is not showing.

The G and T are in different positions on the display. The G is for Global settings like the attenuator.

If no T your scanner isn't locked on to a control channel. The talkgroups in your scanlist need to be from a trunked radio system in the scanner that has a list of control channels for the system or site you wish to monitor.

Can you please tell me what I did wrong. I am using the lwin 700. I have all 4 freq for the bridge city site and IDs but no .T

turn the attenuation off by pressing the "func" button and the "att" button while the letter "F" is up in the upper left hand corner of the screen and see if the "T" appears and you receive the control channel.

With just the "G" showing by itself, the attenuator is not on... (no signals are being attenuated).

I did a wildcard in scanlist 10. The G stays on but the T blinks on/off. I am very sure everything is programmed right. ???

If the "T" is blinking on and off all is good you are recieving the control channel and you should hear traffic on the system.
