Pro83 Software

Have an older Pro 83 scanner. I've searched and come up with several free programing software titles and links, but they are all no longer valid (old threads). I've seen references to RS site, no downloads available that I can find. Seems to be a good one that used to be on Yahoo Groups, but that has been closed.

Thoughts or links where I can come up with:
Pro83 Manager
Load 83
Another site wants to install a "safer browser after going thru a security check".
