Just want to pass along how impressed I have been with ProComm. I have several of their mini mobile antennas and have had a few "minor" issues, such as cables. I have been in contact with them a few times and I have to say their customer service is outstanding. Each time I have had an issue they worked to resolve it quickly and have even replaced one of the antennas that was purchased on amazon that was outside the 1 year warranty.
I have seen some negative reviews on their old spider base antenna, which I did tell them about my reluctance to upgrade, but they have assured me the new spyder maxx base antenna has had those issues resolved. I am still skeptical to purchase but I might just take the leap.
I would recommend giving them your business if you are looking for a reasonably priced antenna that seems to work great for my needs
