Just input the new freqs from the database into your scanner. hopefully your scanner supports rebanding.

Face to Face in Sacramento area
The issues related to being able to receive the rebanded system depend a lot on what scanner you are using. Some of us in the area are planning a face to face get together to help everyone and likely program scanners for those that need it. Here is the thread on that.
