Entergy is putting up new trunked systems to add to their expansive systems: FCC Callsign WPFQ522 (Entergy Services, LLC)

SWEPCO is putting up a new system: FCC Callsign WRPK950 (SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE CORP)

Union County SO added several new TRBO towers (up and going): FCC Callsign WRPW358 (UNION, COUNTY OF)

Shreveport Communications (ArkLaTex Two-way) is putting up a new system: FCC Callsign WQPH599 (Shreveport Communication Service)

Union Pacific Railroad is officially switching to NXDN: FCC Callsign WRO526 (UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY)

Miller County VFD is apparently adding VHF sites and it is on the AWIN Brightstar tower: FCC Callsign WQMH566 (MILLER COUNTY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT)

Looks like they're adding some sites to the system(s), not putting up new systems.

And many RRs are licensed for NXDN but not using it. Have heard mixed info about RRs using NXDN at all. Some do in small areas - yards, stations, etc. - but as far as general movement 'road' channels it has remained analog for interop reasons for the most part. May change in the future, sure, but many NXDN emission licenses exist for various RRs while they remain analog operationally.

Here in Russellville, Union Pacific is still analog CSQ NFM. I heard them just now.
