IS it 100 SQK total, or 100 per Favorite List? If I assign a system in Fav.List 0 as SQK1, can an unrelated system in Fav. List2 also be given a separate SQK1 for that Fav. List without also opening SQK1 in Fav.List 0? Or, must I designate a totally different SQK number to the system in Fav. List2? Same question at Department level,; is it 100 D total or 100 D per System. Manuals are not clear as to QK architecture, and Section on Scanning.Order in E-T-R Manual doesn't help.

Remember, sites and dept QKs SHARE the same quick key 'pool'...
Favorites List Quick Keys (FLQK)
There are 100 Favorites List QKs (0-99) to use for your Favorites Lists.
System Quick Keys (SQK)
You can assign any QK to one or more Systems.
There are also 100 System QKs (0-99) to use for your Systems.
Department/Site Quick Keys (DQK)
You can assign any QK to one or more Departments or Sites. If you are going to be using some keys for Departments and some for Sites, you may want to do something like start numbering your sites at 50 so you don't mix them up with your departments.

Hovering over any of the 100 check boxes will tell you their assignment.

There are those who will also incorporate Quick Keys (Favorite, System and Department) into the name of the item. For example Jefferson County having a Favorites List Quick Key of 01 would be named "F01 Jefferson County".
