1235- Topcat 4 (KC-135R # 63-8003 108th ARW) off McGuire working way down to Burner ATCCA in NC. Over Norfolk, VA & working Burner discrete (327.6) w/arrival info.

1300- Hoser 31 (KC-10 # 83-0035) & Hoser 32 (KC-10 # 84-0188) over Lynchburg VA working way back to McGuire from trip down to AR 216, south of Knoxville TN. A2A is 268.025.

I know they have unfortunately I have never seen it. Was told that there was a policy change and they need 8000 feet plus to bring in the VC-25. In the picture it’s landing on a runway that’s just a little over 7000’ so I don’t know what has changed certainly not the aircraft.
Atmospheric conditions affect take off distance so that also might be a factor sometimes

On Thursday, October 6, the President will travel to Poughkeepsie, New York and New York, New York. The President will also travel to Red Bank, New Jersey. In Poughkeepsie, the President will visit IBM, Building 052, and deliver remarks at approximately 2pm. The President's arrival will be at Stewart Air National Guard Base, no arrival or departure times announced yet.

1430- Hoser 33 (KC-135R # 62-3544) working Torch Control (251.2) w/Blackjack BOXCAR "CHARLIE" msg on his way back to McGuire. Had been down to AR 216 in TN then a side trip to Spartanburg SC area before heading home.

POTUS REMARKS will be at Volvo Group Powertrain Operations, in Hagerstown about 1:35 PM ET.

1715- SAM 46 over Richmond inbound to ADW. AF1 training behind, is south of Raleigh inbound.
Maybe Andrews ramp freeze as C-17 RCH-835 #03-3115 from Jackson Miss. diverting to Dover with 6 singles,11 AEU,25k cargo.
Guess they couldn't wait any longer for Andrews. Sounds like Med evac flight headed to Germany.Prob be back here on Friday.
