When there is a problem, admit it as soon as possible.

Customers are not stupid.
Apparently Uniden thinks we are. Here is the new HP-2 while you wait.
Ignoring or denying a legitimate problem is not the way to handle it.
The way it's being handle has been very poor to date.
If necessary, check with legal or senior management before commenting.
You know there all over this and pulling the strings.
Never promise a fix you cannot deliver.
What fix? Still waiting.
I probably fall under #4 but at this point I really don't care. I was always a Uniden supporter and sometimes enough is enough.
