Very simple question

I see there is some updates for my state and county (Clearfield county PA). I see on the left, it says "frequency" and immediately to the right, it says "input". What number to I program into my scanner? I have to program the entire thing and I do not know which is which, or is it both?

You can ignore the input frequency.
