Virtual Audio Patch Panel Application?

Folks,

Does anyone know of a good virtual audio patch panel application for Windows / Vista? I have a computer that has multiple sound cards, and I'd like to be able to dynamically map channels to speakers, control levels etc from one interface for scanners and radios

I've looked at some of the DJ Studio Mixing applications, but they are more geared to recording and mixing tracks than patching channels together.

Any ideas?

Audio Patching

Nothing virtual that I know of except for some high $$ JPS1000 systems.

I use a $135 Behringer sound board from Guitar Center.
