Win500-Unable to connect to remote server

gettin this error out of nowhere..

DLd a fresh copy of Win500,
the config file seems to be missing the
URL to the RRDB,,

kind of out of ideas..

strange thing,,i just bought the licence and now im gettin errors...lol

Murphy's Law...lol..

any help is taken with a smile..

The config file (Win500.ini) no longer has the RR DB URL - since that URL is not required for the new RR web interface method.

What's the exact error message you're getting, and where/when does it appear?

hey Don,,thanks for the response!

ok,so i goto the web import screen,
i enter my login info,
after about 60-90 seconds i get a error window,,

the complete message text reads,,

RRLibs::GetCountry

Unable to connect to the remote server

and thats all,,
click OK and it closes the import interface and returns to win500,,

on a side note,,even with this small issue after test drivin your app for about 8 mos,,
first problem,,and overall you have a awesome utility for us scanner junkies...
