Uniden Scanner Internal GPS Installation

Eliminate the hassle and wiring clutter of the Uniden GPS kit by installing the GPS inside your scanner! Scan on the go without having to manually toggle channels on and off while driving!

The installation requires a 1" square cutout in the scanner case, which eliminates the use of the factory belt clip on the BCD436HP and SDS100. Installation includes a front panel GPS status indicator light.

The $80 for the installation is due up front, and charges for return shipping and any other work are due when the work is complete. Return shipping cost will be the actual cost for return shipping (USPS Priority Mail, with insurance, unless specified otherwise). Shipping is generally about $15, depending on the amount of insurance you want.

I accept Paypal. Go to my Payments Page and select the scanner model and mod package(s) you want from the top dropdown, click Add To Cart, then pay through the PayPal shopping cart. Please reference the serial number of your scanner in the payment comments to ensure your payment is applied to the correct scanner. When you ship your scanner to me, please include a sheet of paper with your scanner's serial number, your name, address, and a contact email and telephone number.

If a 436 scanner does not have C1 installed, I will install it for an additional $5, unless the board does not have connections for C1, or instructed otherwise.

If your scanner requires service from Uniden such as clock or display repair, have that service performed by Uniden before having the GPS installed in your scanner.
