Welcome to RadioReference, krissy

The frequencies for your county, Madison, can be found on it's database page: https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=2679
These are frequencies that you can enter in your scanner.

As far as the Brazos Valley agencies, most of those are on, or will be changing to, this system: https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=4563
Unfortunately, that is a digital, trunked, system that your scanner cannot receive. While your WS1010 can receive Vhf-high channels, such as used in your county, plus Uhf frequencies, it cannot receive the 700 & 800MHz frequencies used on that system. Listening to TxWARN P25 would require a scanner that can handle digital trunked systems. The WS1010 is not digital capable, and is not a trunk system scanner. More on changes in the Brazos Valley agencies can be found in this long running thread in the Texas Forum. Skip to the last couple of pages to get the latest information.

I am not familiar with your specific scanner, so I would not be able to give you step by step instructions on how to enter the frequencies that you could receive. Hopefully, someone who is familiar with it can join the discussion & assist you.
