Franklin Co P25 system structure

The Franklin Co P25 system is listed with 4 frequencies all classified as a control channel. The frequencies are in the 150-155 MHz range. When I try to scan using CC only, I can't identify the control channel. Even when I run Unitrunker and PRO69Com, I get nothing.

What am I doing wrong? I have the same problem with other similarly structured systems (Wayne Co). Please offer your insight.. Thank you.

6 tower simulcast - it will probably be a challenge.

If you program the 4 frequencies as conventional, can you hear a CC signal ?

Troymail, I don't hear a thing - just silence when I scan or stop on an individual channel. I didn't try doing it just as conventional. I will have to try that the next time I am in listening range. Thank you.
