I have a Uniden BCD536HP scanner experiencing audio level issues, once data cable is connected. I have downloaded the virtual serial port driver provided by vendor and can get the alpha tags to broadcast BUT loose audio gain anytime the usb data cable is connected to computer. If the data cable is NOT attached the audio is perfect. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you overcome the problem
