Identifying an antenna

I see an antenna east from my backyard in Rocklin CA but I don't know where or what it is exactly.
It has a blinking red light on top and a solid red one half-way down at night.
It is near Twelve Bridges and Sierra College Blvd in either Lincoln or Loomis, CA.
It might be in the Verdera Golf course area or just east beyond it in Loomis.
Google maps is out of date and doesn't show it yet.

More information would be needed - approximate height? You could also drive over nearby - take a printed map with you to find the right roads. If you can find the location, there should be markings on the fence to identify it in the FCC ASR database. It won't necessarily tell you who is on it - most likely it is a commercial tower that leases out radio frequencies.
