Hello Friends:

I looking for a expert opiniion on if it is possible to transmit & resive
with a 10 meters UPSB/LSB antenna located inside the house...?

Any help will be greatly appriciated...

You will be able to transmit without causing harm to the unit but wont have much success talking to someone since the whole concept when transmitting is antenna height. Even in receive only mode you will only hear your IMMEDIATE surroundings with that setup.
