Here's two more taken with my digital camera. I used my old sirius satellite bracket and a Walmart cradle mount filed down on the back with that RS heavy duty velcro. The antenna is a RS mag mount, and the scanner is obvious...

Simple, clean, looks like no holes drilled, one scanner, and a good one. All-band antenna, You're covered. Way to go!

Nice looking install. What mount is that? Do you have a side shot? The frontal shots of the radio (which we all know how it looks) doesn't really show us anything of the install.

Too bad Rat Shack doesn't sell an NMO version of that antenna, because it is a pretty decent performer for an all-bander. Not bad looking either if you get rid of that ugly base. Why does RS always put ugly bases on all their antennae? Even their CB antennas were ugly.
