153.3875 CAP+ system

I'm located in Berkeley County WV and I've noticed a MotoTrbo Capacity Plus system on 153.3875. The only thing I can find on the FCC website that is in likely reception distance is this - ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Trunked License - WQTE352 - CHAMBERSBURG AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT for the Chambersburg Area School District. The emissions designators of 7K60FXD and 7K60FXE indicate 2-slot DMR (Motorola MOTOTRBO). The system is not listed on the Franklin County page - Franklin County, Pennsylvania (PA) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference . Anyone in the Chambersburg area know if the school district is actually using this system? Attached is a log of the system.
