picking up encryption on 153.755 with pl of 047 not in the database anyone have a clue

Do you know what kind of encryption? Most of the newer types of encryption do not use PL or DPL. I am guessing its probably speech inversion or similar....

I heard this a while ago. It's speech inversion (not rolling code). I never got that DPL, though.

That's Hastings on Hudson PD in Westchester County, NY.

156.075 is also scrambled. Just checked the database and both frequencies are licensed to that town
