155.37 osp intercity still being used. shelby co used it as a backup 1/6/17

just an fyi;

for the first time in a few years, i heard osp intercity 155.37, being used.

it was either shelby co calling osp, or vice versa, about some issue they had with their usual system.

ihave NOT heard ohio LEERN used in a great while however.
