For the last three mornings now, I have heard truckers using this frequency. I guess they must think they have found a new "secret" frequency to talk on. I'm sure they are not licensed for this. Seems to be in the Sacramento area. This IS licensed to E.D. County S.O.

This frequency is licensed to several businesses and government agencies in California, not just El Dorado SO.

Could be anyone of them.

gotta think outside the box. It's possible they were one of the licensed trucking companies just passing through The area.
