Welp, according to a good friend who oversaw the refueling of the aircraft involved, PMCS of certain items onboard and assisted the crew and specialists while on the ground at KGRF, it wasn't.

All they then have to do is look back in their internal agency logs and find out what mission happened during that time frame. Then they see where the aircraft was. Next step, the call the supporting agency to ask who oversaw that end of the op. Presto, my friend is now in deep...well, you know.

And so on and so forth.

Loose lips DO sink ships...and careers, and can lead to time behind bars in many such cases.
